Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a reservation, browsing our website, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or making reservations.

Orders & Pricing

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Mithaas.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive / exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. [Confirm GST handling]
• We reserve the right to modify prices, menu items, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Table Reservations

• Reservation requests submitted online are requests only and are confirmed once our team contacts you.
• We may hold a reserved table for a limited grace period [e.g. 15 minutes] past the booking time, after which it may be released.

Payments

Payments may be made through the methods we offer at our outlets and online [list accepted methods — UPI, cards, cash, wallets]. All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Mithaas is not responsible for issues arising from the payment provider's systems.

Cancellations & Refunds

As we deal in fresh, perishable food products, our cancellation and refund terms are limited and specific. Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

• Orders already prepared or dispatched generally cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within [X business days].

Food & Allergen Notice

Mithaas is a 100% pure vegetarian establishment. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, nuts, gluten, and dairy. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials — including the Mithaas name, logo, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and designs — is the property of Mithaas Sweets and Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

When interacting with our services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mithaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or consumption of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mithaas, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
